As you can see in the video, this is a bright, clean gemstone, with almost perfect blue sapphire color. This sapphire was mined over 20 years ago from the Missouri River gravels, and recently faceted by a cutter in Montana with years of faceting Montana sapphires. One of the richest blue sapphires we have seen from this particular gem deposit. It does display slight color zoning, but as you can see, it does not detract from the stone’s attractiveness. Priced under $600 per carat, this gemstone is perfect for a custom ring or pendant.
