While we make every effort to take detailed pictures of every gem, we are not professional photographers. We do not use Photoshop or any other software to correct or alter any photograph. We post the images exactly as they were downloaded from our camera. The image color is partially dependent on the settings of each computer monitor. The color on a monitor can differ from the actual gemstone unless the monitor has been recently calibrated. For these reasons, we encourage those living in Southern California to schedule an appointment to visit us in Brea, California prior to purchasing any gemstone.
Shipping and Billing
All sales to addresses within California are subject to California sales tax.
We only ship items to confirmed addresses. Payments made electronically can only be shipped to the billing address. Shipping and insurance are billed at standard cost. We generally ship via USPS with insurance, unless the purchase is less than $50. Purchases over $500 are shipped free to our customers
We are sorry, but we do not currently ship items internationally.
Every retail sale comes with a 10-day return guarantee, beginning on the day the package is signed for. You are responsible for the care of the stone during the time it is in your possession. Gemstones that are scratched, chipped, fractured, altered or set will not be accepted for refund.
If you have purchased an item that you would like to return, you must contact us via email prior to shipping the item back to us. We will respond by providing you with shipping instructions and an authorization number. Do not send a return until you receive the confirming authorization number and written instructions from us. All returns must be fully insured via either Registered Mail, Priority Mail, or FEDEX. Items returned MUST be in the same new condition as they were when they were delivered to you. We will NOT accept damaged items. Please review our return policies before contacting us.
A refund, less shipping and insurance charges for the return, will be issued after we receive your return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

As part of our ongoing efforts to combat e-commerce fraud, we currently require confirmation of orders placed through our website.
