Pink Pear-Shaped Spinel 0.76 Carat SPN00065

As you can see in the video, this is a clean, bright stone. Reminiscent of pink tourmaline but with much more flash, this spinel reminds us of pink sapphire. This particular stone displays a bit of a color-shift, pink in most indoor lighting, it is a bit more lavender in color under certain outdoor lighting. The actual origin is unknown, but we suspect it is from the Tunduru river deposit in Tanzania. This particular spinel can be set in either a ring or small pendant.
