Oregon Sunstone Peach Color With Light Schiller Oval Cut 1.62 Carat SUN00091

Most Oregon sunstones are a straw yellow in color. This particular stone is a light copper peach in color, with light schiller. This schiller is caused by tiny copper inclusions. These copper inclusions in this stone form a snowflake pattern. We noticed the color in this gemstone changes intensity depending on the lighting, and can be a deeper or lighter peach than in the video. Due to sunstone’s hardness (approx. 6.5), we recommend setting this stone in a pendant or brooch.
