Montana Sapphire Light Blue Oval 1.02 Carat Engagement Stone MTY00355

This sapphire is from a parcel of old Montana sapphire rough that we had sitting in storage for years. We finally faceted this parcel in our cutting shop, and were amazed as to the overall quality of these stones. As you can see in the video, this particular sapphire is virtually eye clean, with good scintillation. This sapphire is so clear that a tiny black dust fiber on the back (pavilion) of the stone is visible when looking through the top (crown). See the video. This sapphire is light blue in color, with a hint of green. Overall, this is a nice sapphire from Montana and can be set in either a ring or pendant, and would be appropriate for an engagement ring.
