A bit of a mysterious and unusual gemstone due to its pleochroic properties, exhibiting different colors when viewed at different angles. This particular gemstone is a light yellowish-green down the middle, and rust color along two sides. It also exhibits a color change from mostly light red to mostly light-green depending on the light source. It also exhibits a “garden” of inclusions. These inclusions do not impair the brightness of this gemstone, but this stone is a bit sleepy. This is still a very unusual gemstone with multiple optical qualities. Hard enough to be mounted in either a ring or pendant.
