This is an unusual sapphire from Montana, a bicolor with both yellow and colorless zoning. Faceted in the United States, the gemstone is cut in an elongated hexagon pattern to take advantage of the varied colors. It does have visible rutile needles, so we consider this particular gemstone to be heavily included. For this reason, we have priced this gem at $125 per carat.
